1. Who we are

Job Planner is a multi-tenant operations app for self-employed professionals and small businesses (the "Service"). It is operated by an independent solo developer based in the United Kingdom. If you have questions, write to eldergomesuk@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data — name, email and password hash.
• Workspace data — jobs, expenses, team assignments, time logs and notes you enter into the app.
• Device tokens — push notification tokens, only when you opt in.
• Diagnostics — anonymised crash reports and performance metrics. We do not collect advertising identifiers.

3. Why we collect it

To provide the Service: authenticate your account, render your workspace, sync data between devices, send notifications you request (e.g. job reminders) and respond to your support requests. We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Where it lives

Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres + Auth) hosted in the EU. Files (e.g. avatars) are stored in Supabase Storage. Push tokens are held with Expo Push Notification service. Email is relayed via Resend when you contact us.

5. Your rights

• You can export your workspace data at any time.
• You can delete your account by emailing us; we erase your data within 30 days, except where law requires retention.
• You can withdraw push notification consent in the app settings or your device system settings.

6. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We will post any update on this page and bump the date at the top. Material changes will trigger an in-app notice.
